OUR PURPOSE
LIMITLESS was born out of two realisations: that the charity-based approach for ending socioeconomic inequality was not enough and brands & companies had the power to leverage significant change.
Our team understood that any change to support people’s aspirations needed to be not just impactful, but sustainable in the long term. We leverage the creation of purpose-built entertainment and music properties, which raise funds that are then reinvested into aspirational talent from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Limitless understand that the vehicles that are put in place to support people's aspirations need to be sustainable. With this core value at the heart of everything we do, we are leveraging the creation of entertainment and music properties that are purpose-built to reinvest a portion of profits and raise funds to support aspirational talent from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Supporting Talent
As well as tackling the systemic issues within businesses and wider industry, Limitless recognises the importance of supporting potential talent experiencing barriers to entry and progression.
We work to ensure that no matter what, talent are able not just to survive in the entertainment industry, but thrive, too. We take pride in our successful collaboration with Live Nation, resulting in three out of four apprentices from our inaugural program securing permanent roles within the company.
Currently in the midst of our second internship cycle with Live Nation, we eagerly anticipate forging additional partnerships with diverse companies in the future to create even more opportunities for emerging talents.

Counsultancy
We work with a wide range of entertainment and media companies to ensure that they are set up to be able to allow people from a disadvantaged and marginalised background to thrive: this will be done through talks, where we bring in thought leaders and culture change programs to educate and tackle systems within businesses that may be a barrier
